Withdraw from contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This form lets you do it online — quickly and without logging in.
Good to know
- The period is 14 days from receipt of the goods (for services, from conclusion of the contract).
- Name and email address are enough; the order number speeds up processing.
- You receive an immediate confirmation of receipt by email.
- There is no right of withdrawal e.g. for perishable goods (fresh microgreens), sealed products once opened, and custom-made items.
