What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young plants aged 7-14 days, harvested immediately after the first true leaves appear. They contain up to 40 times more nutrients than mature plants. The most popular varieties are sunflower, pea, broccoli, radish and mustard.

Take a pea-sized amount (300-500mg) and dissolve in warm water or tea. Best absorption is in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before eating. Full effects are felt after 2-4 weeks of regular use.

What is shilajit and where does it come from?

Shilajit is a natural mineral resin formed over thousands of years by the decomposition of plant material in Himalayan rocks at 4000-5000m altitude. It contains 85+ minerals and fulvic acid (lab-confirmed 70.95%). Used for millennia in Ayurvedic medicine for energy, vitality and cognitive function.

What are heirloom tomato varieties?

Heirloom varieties are tomatoes traditionally grown for generations without hybridization. Unlike commercial hybrids (F1), they have better flavor, you can save seeds for the next season, and they help preserve biodiversity.
