Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all orders and services through the website faga.bio, operated by INDI prop. Monika Kunstek, Draskovic 3 A-D, 42220 Novi Marof, Croatia. OIB: 66987567542.

2. Products

All products are fresh microgreens grown under controlled conditions. Product images are illustrative. Actual appearance may vary.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately before completing the order. We accept credit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

4. Order and Contract

An order through the website constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is considered concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders for justified reasons.

5. Delivery

Delivery is within the Republic of Croatia. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation. For fresh products, delivery is organized by the next business day at the latest.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (fresh microgreens).

7. Complaints

In case of damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@indi-24.de with a photo of the product. Complaints are resolved within 15 days.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by improper storage of products after delivery. Microgreens are perishable products and should be consumed within the period stated on the packaging.

9. Dispute Resolution

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies to all disputes. The competent court is in Varaždin. For online dispute resolution you can use the EU platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
